We collect as little as we can, we don't sell anything, and we make it easy for you to ask what we have on you or to make us delete it. This page tells you exactly what we collect and what your rights are — especially if you live in California.
Who we are
Otis is operated by Sistemia US ("we", "us", "our"), based in Roseville, California. This Privacy Policy applies to otis-ai.us (the "Site") and any service we offer through it.

What we collect
Information you give us directly
If you email us, fill out a form, or schedule a call, we receive whatever you choose to share — typically your name, email, phone number, business name, and a short description of what you do.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard server logs: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring URL, and timestamps. These logs are used to keep the Site running and to protect against abuse.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use a small number of cookies:
- Strictly necessary cookies — required for the Site to work (e.g., remembering that you accepted our cookie notice). These cannot be turned off.
- Functional cookies — none currently in use, but if we add them (e.g., to remember a language preference) we will disclose them here and ask for consent.
- Analytics cookies — none currently in use. If we add privacy-preserving analytics in the future, we will update this policy and request consent where required.
- Advertising / tracking cookies — we do not use these. We do not allow third-party advertising trackers on this Site.
Third-party services on this Site

How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the services you've asked about.
- To keep the Site running, secure, and free of abuse.
- To improve the Site and our services (aggregate, non-identifying patterns only).
- To comply with legal obligations.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only:
- With service providers who help us operate the Site (e.g., Cloudflare for hosting). These providers are contractually limited to acting on our instructions.
- When required by law (subpoenas, court orders, law enforcement requests where legally compelled).
- If we ever sell or transfer the business, the new owner would inherit any data we hold. We would notify you before that transfer takes effect.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and then we delete it. Server logs are typically retained for up to 30 days. Email correspondence is retained as long as it's useful for the relationship — typically 24 months after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your privacy rights — California (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives you the rights listed below. You can exercise any of them by emailing privacy@otis-ai.us.
Right to know
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we've collected about you, the categories of sources, the categories of third parties we've shared it with, and the business purpose for which it was collected.
Right to delete
You can ask us to delete personal information we've collected from you, subject to limited exceptions (e.g., information we need to comply with a legal obligation).
Right to correct
You can ask us to correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
Right to opt-out of sale or sharing
We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that ever changes, you will be able to opt out via a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the footer of every page.
Right to limit use of sensitive personal information
We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes beyond providing the services you've requested.
Right to non-discrimination
We will not deny you services, charge different prices, or provide a lower quality service because you exercised any of these rights.
How to make a request
Email privacy@otis-ai.us with the subject "CCPA request" and tell us which right you're exercising. We will verify your identity (typically by confirming an email address we already have on file) and respond within 45 days as required by law. If we need more time, we will tell you why.
Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will ask for proof of authorization and may still ask you to verify your identity directly.
Children's privacy
This Site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information — HTTPS in transit, restricted access, modern authentication. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services change or as the law evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
